Between Short Breaths (formerly known as Give Up Your Secrets) is a formerly unidentified alternative rock song by New York and North Carolina band The Fashion Brigade/Emergency Broadcast System, released in 2005 on the EP EP 01/02.

The song was uploaded to peer-to-peer filesharing site Soulseek on January 1st, 2025, by user Kurto. 20 seconds of it were recorded off of a Peruvian radio station run by DJ Relax.
On June 2nd, 2025, only three days after Q reuploaded it to YouTube, the song was identified by Discord user AzureBlast as Between Short Breaths by The Fashion Brigade after using WerZatSong.

The Fashion Brigade[]
The Fashion Brigade was an alternative rock band. They confirmed in Wilmington, North Carolina, USA, but relocated to Brooklyn, New York.
The band consisted of Todd Thomas (vocals), Jeff Olive (keyboards and guitar), John Bundy (bass), and John Barclay (drums).
In 2004, they released their first EP, self-titled The Fashion Brigade, with four songs.

After that, they changed their name to Emergency Broadcast System.
In 2005, they released their second and final EP, EP 01/02, which included this song and three others.
