The song was first featured in a mix posted to YouTube on September 8th, 2021, by user Relíquias Dance 2000 Dj Rodrigo Santos. None of the songs were credited.
On July 12th, 2023, the song was featured in another mix posted by user Acervo dos CDs. None of the songs in that mix were credited either. The channel's bio reads:
"This channel was created to preserve and share the musical legacy of DJs and crews who made their mark. Here you'll find rare CDs, compilations, and sets that have been part of the soundtrack for many generations"
On July 7th, 2023, user Anael olivera commented on the first mix, asking who the song was by, but they never got a response, despite another user getting one when asking about a different song.
On November 22nd, 2023, the song was reposted to WatZatSong by user EuroDance90S. Two days later, they said they got the song from the first mix.
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as Twenty6, Murphy, LostwaveFinder, Ofrix, Q, and multiple others, amassing over 1k views.
On June 17th, 2025, user TechnooiD posted a higher quality, nearly full version of the song to YouTube under the title "Banger2".
The description mentioned MV34 DJ Mix Track, another unidentified house song. He knows both of the songs, but is gatekeeping them in exchange for their songs being solved.
