Beautiful (formerly known as So Beautiful Now or melisa) is a formerly unidentified pop rock song by Floridian musician Melissa Burnos, released in 2006.

2000s-2020s
On April 21th, 2007, user lemsoy posted a 53-second video onto YouTube of him and some people simply titled “melisa”. The video had no context other than the description saying “music vid”.
On October 31st, 2007, user Yamuley commented on the video, “we look great”, implying she was the woman in the video, but she didn’t provide any additional information.[1]
The first people to ask for the song’s name was user Princess Peach on May 9th, 2009[2] and user Avg Guy on April 26th and October 19th, 2012[3]. By the 2020s, even more people started asking who made the song and if there was a full version. By then, the channel was inactive, so they got no answer.
2023
Over time, the song was reuploaded to YouTube by several users, such as JayKay, Zumi, Revolutionary_War, Q, LostwaveTT,Aero, Corncorn, Bonemach1ne, and multiple others, amassing over 10k views.
On August 3rd, 2023, a channel for the song was made in the FMM Discord server after winning a channel poll, along with Try To Smile Again, How Long, Dark Places, Waste My Time, Walking In Paradise, and Black And Chrome.
Sometime around mid-late 2023, lemsoy got doxxed and people found he was a model named Yosmel Menendez. People from the server contacted him, but he refused to talk about the song or the video for unknown reasons.[citation needed]
On September 6th, 2023, the actress in the video, Yamuley Cazeu, was also contacted by Discord user MPD Fan. She said that all she could remember was that the video was filmed in Miami, the artist was named Melissa, and the video was never finished because Melissa had a meltdown on set because she started to dislike the song. The song was on MySpace, and it was titled A Beautiful Love.[citation needed]
2024
On February 7th, 2024, the song was identified by Discord users Marcos and JayKay as "Beautiful" by the singer Melissa Burnos. After Marcos looked for MySpace profiles named Melissa, he found Burnos, and on her profile she had three songs listed, one was called "Beautiful”, and Jay found the song in the 2007 short film Just Desserts.[citation needed]
A day later, the version without the dialogue from the film over it was found by Marcos on a Bill Murphy Show interview with Melissa after he found an upload of it on the Internet Archive, although it was slightly cut off at the end.[citation needed]

In 2006, she released her first single, this song.

Around 2013, she formed the band BURNOS, which consisted of her (vocals), Eric Friedman (guitar), and Garrett Whitlock (drums).
On September 17th, 2013, they released their first single, Octane.
On February 5th, 2014, they released their second single, WarShip.
On March 23rd, 2015, they released their third single, Syndrome Of Decay.
On September 7th, 2015, they released their third and final single, Slip Away.
She doesn’t seem to be active today.
