The song was posted to YouTube on May 3rd, 2020 by user JAVIER CHAVEZ. He didn’t provide any information about where the song came from and he went inactive before anyone asked him about it.
In early 2023, Javier came back and said he recorded the song off of online radio station KoolRockRadio. The station is run by DJ Relax, who has also played around 80 different songs that are or were unidentified.
Later that year, after Q reuploaded it, the OP said they recorded the song in 2010, meaning the song was most likely from around that time period. The station was founded in 2003, so it’s unlikely to be from before then.
Multiple people have contacted KoolRockRadio and DJ Relax, but nobody has responded. The OP doesn’t seem to be active anymore, as his last video was over a year ago.
On September 18th, 2024, a channel for the song was created on the Fond my Mind Discord after it won a channel poll. Five days later, Discord user PersonOfDistraction placed a $50 bounty on the song's solve.
