The song was posted to WatZatSong by user qazaq on July 25th, 2020. The OP didn't have any other information about the song besides the fact "It shouldn't be that scarce". It is described to give off a nostalgic vibe, almost as a soundtrack for a video game.
On December 18th, 2022, user Q reposted the song to her YouTube channel. In the comments, user Captain Crowfish discovered that there was someone talking in background of the song 2:40 seconds in. The voice sounded like it something inaudible, and then audio.
Around August of 2024, a user commented on Ofrix’s now-deleted upload of the song, saying that the metadata of the song’s Vocaroo file says that the song is the second track of an album, but it doesn’t say which album it is.
On July 15th, 2025, Discord user Mystic65 discovered that the voice in the song didn’t say audio, but instead said something in German, after they isolated the voice. It was later found to be “I’m still drinking now. New Year’s Eve is coming later this year” in German.
