On November 25th, 2011, user eraserHead posted the song to WatZatSong, saying in the post's description:
"OldTape01_B02 (~1985->1992) Hardcore Punk, sXe, HxC, NYHC, Youth Crew, Crossover, Noise. Big Thxxx 4 Ur Help ;)"
They didn’t provide any additional information about the song, and the snippet was only 30 seconds, the maximum length of a WZS post, and the OP went inactive before they posted a longer snippet. The song was most likely recorded off of an unknown radio station.
