All I Want For Christmas Is You is a formerly unidentified indie pop/pop rock cover of Mariah Carey's 1998 song of the same name sung in both English and French by Quebecois band Made Them Lions, released in 2014 as a single.

The song was first posted to WatZatSong on December 4th, 2024, by user YuritheSpaceman. He said it was an English and French cover of All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey, but didn’t provide any information about where the song came from, nor a longer snippet.
On December 22nd, 2024, Yuri posted a three second longer snippet of the song to YouTube. The video's description read:
"Ok well, I don't really have a Christmas special for now, and my own Christmas unknown is pretty lacking I will admit, anyways, I recorded this off of a local radio station but I don't wanna say which one because I don't really wanna reveal my location, unless its absolutely necessary. I don't have a longer snippet for this one. Thank you."
On August 26th, 2025, when user SamanthaR theorized that the singer was French, Yuri confirmed that the radio station was French Canadian.[1]
On November 30th, 2025, a week after user Q reuploaded the song to YouTube, Yuri posted the nearly full version of it to Vocaroo after it aired again[2].
On the same day, the song was given a seasonal channel on the Fond My Mind Discord Server. Four hours later, it was identified by espalier as All I Want For Christmas Is You by Made Them Lions after they heard it on OnlineRadioBox.
