The song was posted to YouTube on March 30th, 2014, by user まきむらみさ. They didn’t provide any information about where it came from, but the description read:
1998年から2001年くらいにかけてのMP3ファイルで、 曲名を記録してたエクセルファイルが消えてしまい、 この曲の曲名がわからなくなってしまいました
These are MP3 files from around 1998 to 2001. The Excel file containing the song titles has since disappeared, so I can no longer remember the title of this song.
On May 11th, 2024, user Allegro asked where they got the song from, they responded, saying:
"Thank you for your comment. This is one of the songs I recorded around 2000 on a cable TV channel called Star Digio.
Other songs recorded around the same time include "Mimizu Kuzu/Hoshi no Shizuku," "Tsuji Ayano/Kokoro wa Kimi no Moto e," "Rip Slyme/Mata Au Hi Made," and "Sankakudo/ROUTE." I couldn't find it even when searching for lyrics."[1]
