Lyrics

[Verse 1]
In a cold night
In the warmth of breeze
Stealing stars, no one around to see
Above the city are inner dirty streets
Here I feel the night, drowning me

[Chorus]
How have I, wasted all these tears
I have been, waiting all of these years
Nothing ever felt that good
Nothing ever could

[Post-Chorus]
I’m still waiting
Still waiting
For your love, for your love, for your love
I’m waiting
Still waiting
All for your love, for your love for your love

[Verse 2]
In your love of memories
Let's loose of your heart
Around me
In my heart
You’re know you wont miss me
It's the night, drowning me

[Instrumental Break]
La, La, La, La
La, La, La… La
La, La, La, La

[Chorus x3]
How have I, wasted all these tears
I have been, waiting all of these years
Nothing ever felt that good
Nothing ever could

[Instrumental]

Hamish

Hamish was a short-lived progressive house duo from Melbourne, Australia. They lasted from 2001 to 2003.

The duo was: Hamish Cowan (vocals) and Bryan St. James (producer, keyboards, drum machine).

They released their debut album, Homesick, in 2002 to mixed reviews. Some of the reviews include:

  • Courier Mail: a quite delicate album that beautifully combines emotional melody with techno beats.
  • The Herald Sun: At times the wispy electronic arrangements sit perfectly, yet elsewhere they lack the required drama
  • Sunday Times Perth: Slightly morbid, often wishy-washy.

Their song Life Song entered the Australia's Top 100 in 2002, peaking at #95. Unfortunately their other singles Forever and Never and 4 Your Love didn't chart.
