Lyrics[]

[Verse 1]
Jeannie says "it's a way to make a buck"
But I don't know if I can give it up
She says "it's easy, you just close your eyes and hum
When it's over, you collect and hit the road"

[Chorus]
She says
"You're gonna like it
If you want it
Take the dough and you'll love it in a minute"
Go!

[Verse 2]
I can tell it's a game like any job
Collect the money for your soul you're giving up
I can do it if I close my eyes and try
Making money is a dream I'll realize

[Chorus]
She says
"You're gonna like it
If you want it
Take the dough and you'll love it in a minute"
Go!

[Bridge]
And it goes likе...

[Instrumental Break]

[Verse 3]
Making records really ain't so bad, you know?
Close your еyes and let others run the show
I'm a star and I'm making lots of bucks
Seems some people have all the luck, you know

[Chorus]
She says
"You're gonna like it
If you want it
Take the dough and you'll love it in a minute
Take the dough and you'll find it's a long way home"
